Our main volunteer roles are:
- Consumables Donations Coordinator Give Hope invites Friday Fare and other families in need to six events at Westerville Christian Church each year. At the end of each event, families are given a supply of consumables to take home. This person would collect donation as they arrive, organize and store them in our WCCares room. This person also communicates regularly with the Marketing & Communications Director regarding upcoming events and the needs to be communicated to our Church family.
- Furniture Sale Volunteers Every year we host a furniture sale for our Friday Fare and Give Hope families. Lots of hands and feet are needed to make this event a success. Positions include: furniture donation coordinator, floor set-up coordinator, personal shoppers, hospitality organizer, delivery coordinator, delivery drivers, people to help move items on and off the delivery truck, and a post-sale donations coordinator.
- Translators Often, we have non-english speaking guests at our events. A Give Hope Translator would be available to help aid in the communication process during events.
