The Daniel Plan Essential Series


A healthy lifestyle plan & community group study.

In this NEW Essential Series, The Daniel Plan team explores both the spiritual and health benefits of following a healthy lifestyle by focusing on the five essentials of The Daniel Plan: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, & Friends.

Each essential has its own study that includes 4 DVD sessions and a study guide that takes you deeper. Each session highlights testimonies, tips on getting started and medically based information on maintaining a healthy lifestyle by following The Daniel Plan.

JANUARY 2016 GROUP STUDY: The first group study will focus on the FAITH ESSENTIAL. Class length is 1.5 hours and will meet every other week at WCC. Contact Sandra Bash for the group start date and with any questions.
