We reached our goal and packed over 80,000 meals for Ukraine and Panama!

Late last week staff and volunteers completely transformed our Worship Center into a food packing center.

Our staff helped stack and move all the chairs out of the way to prepare for setup. The truck from Lifeline rolled in to outfit tables with food, scales, and sealers ready to pack meals. We were ready for a Labor Day weekend food packing event!

Sunday morning, at 8:30a, 10a, and 11:30a, our congregation filled the Worship Center to help pack bags of food to send to Ukraine and Panama. We packed a total of 83,160 meals between the three services.

We could not have accomplished this goal without your help!

The food we packed will go to help those in need in both Ukraine and Panama. We are grateful for the resources God has given us to be able to help others in times of need.

We call our local and global missions WCCares. WCCares exists to create pathways for our church to find needs and meet them – from down the street to across the world. We did just that on Sunday, September 4.
