Fearless Campaign Update

Vision vs. Reality
Two years have passed since we began giving to the Fearless Campaign based upon a preferred picture of the future. A vision that would enable WCC to be attractive to the next generation and be relevant to the community by meeting needs and healing hurts, has become reality!
All the new spaces will be open on Sunday morning, January 7, before and after services, for our Open House. Please plan to come and see as we celebrate two years of Fearless!
Here are some highlights:
WCCares space being used regularly for food and clothing – and a very successful Gift Shop.
Young Adult ministry in place led by Luke Borton.
New baptistery to be used Feb 4 for Baptism Sunday.
Christmas Eve services in the new worship space described as “over the top”!
Counseling center to be operational early 2024.
Office suite meeting the current staff needs with space for growth.
Flexible classrooms in the office suite.
New landscaping in our parking lots and property borders.
New exterior playground provided by SPARK Preschool.
New colors on the building exterior and outbuildings, and a new street sign.
Colors and graphics throughout the property representing our brand and culture.
There are a few items yet to be accomplished including the new sound system in the worship center, furniture in the playland, lobby and two offices, and final punch list by The McKnight Group.
One more year!
We have one more year of giving to the Fearless Campaign ending in December of 2024. We have already received more money for this campaign than any other campaign in the history of WCC and are on track to pay for all Fearless Campaign projects with cash! Thanks for impacting so many people for the Kingdom of God. You are making a difference with every dollar!
