God is in control of those who are in control.

Daniel Week 3 Personal Study Blog
Based on Sunday, September 25, Message by Greg Bondurant

Never forget. God is in control of those who are in control. God is sovereign. No one does anything without his knowledge.

Friends, we must start right here with the statement you just read. How does it change your confidence in this world knowing that God is in control of those who are in control?

Read Daniel Chapter 3 from start to finish.

Questions for you to explore:

How would you feel being told on for not worshipping King Nebuchadnezzar’s image by people who were in “control”? Basically, being thrown under the bus for believing in God.

How did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego handle this? How did they respond? Vs. 16-28.

The concept of personal Faith is so important in the book of Daniel. What do you feel it would take for you to stand up for your faith like these men did, knowing that the consequences could be severe? Try to put yourself in their position. What would you do?

How does public faith change stubborn hearts? Read verse 28.

Pray for public faith that can make a difference in those who see it.
