The elders have teamed up with Slingshot Group, a top-notch nationwide company specializing in Church staffing. Together, we've crafted a brand-new lead minister job description and identified key competencies essential for our Church's growth and mission to bring more people to Jesus.

Mark your calendars for early January – that's when the official search kicks off! This timeline ensures a seamless transition, giving us plenty of time to prayerfully seek the right individual to lead us forward.
