What does it mean to become part of the family?
Brian, Erin, Gavin & Ian Wallace became part of the family at Westerville Christian Church on January 22.
You can welcome them by emailing Brian at thedistrictbw@gmail.com.
Maybe you are wondering, “What does it mean to be part of a church family?” or “How does one go about joining a church family?”
I promise there are no quizzes or tests, but it does require commitment. To become part of the Westerville Christian Church family means this…
You have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
You believe that only Jesus can forgive sins.
You have been baptized in the name of Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins. If you have been baptized at another church/location, you do not have to be baptized again.
If you were baptized as a baby, please decide to follow Christ on your own. Your parents did this for you; you did not have a say in the decision. You are now saying to your corner of the world; I am deciding to follow Jesus Christ.
You are committed to Jesus’ mission of making disciples.
You want to serve the Body of Christ using your spiritual gifts.
You want to give your time and money to grow God’s kingdom at Westerville Christian Church.
To make this commitment, you can come forward at the end of the message or contact David Bondurant at david@wcchurch.life. If you have questions, please get in touch with David or text me at 614-332-0574. We would love for you to become part of the Westerville Christian Church family.
